    1. SIA Aerodium Technologies ("Aerodium", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.
    2. We design, manufacture, install, and operate vertical wind tunnels for different functions all over the world.
    3. This privacy policy sets out how we collect, store, process and use data that identifies or is associated with you ("personal information") when you access and use our website at aerodium.technology, (the "Aerodium Website"), and use our Contact form.

  2. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
    1. Aerodium determines and is responsible for the uses of your personal information described in this Privacy Policy, meaning that we will be the controller of your personal information when we use it in these instances, including when you access the Aerodium Website.

    1. What data do we process and what sources do such data come from?
      We process personal data that we collect about you in connection with the use of Aerodium Website or our business relationship, such as your initiation of contact with us.
      Relevant personal data generally include, for example, personal details (name, phone number, country of residence and other contact information (e.g. email address). In addition, depending on your relationship with you, additional personal data may be processed.

      1. Access to the Website

        In the log files, the above data is stored without your complete IP address, so that it is not possible to trace back to your IP address.

        The use of certain services requires disclosure of personal data (e.g., Contact form). We process your personal data if you contact us via the Aerodium Website. We process the data that you provide when using the following functionalities:

        Contact Form: You can contact our sales department using the contact form. For handling your request, we process the data provided by you on the form and your disclosed contact data.

        Newsletter Registration: Aerodium Website also offers the possibility to subscribe to a newsletter, to receive updates about company news such as new product launches or participation in upcoming trade shows and other events. We process the data provided by you in connection with the newsletter registration (email address) for the purpose of sending you the newsletter in accordance with the scope of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR). You can withdraw your consent with prospective effect at any time without stating reasons, either by clicking the “unsubscribe” link included in each newsletter or by contacting our customer service department. If you unsubscribe from the newsletter, your personal data will be deleted, unless we process your data on another legal basis or retention obligations have to be met. The newsletter is dispatched by a processor.

    3. Erasure: You have the right to obtain erasure of your personal data stored by Aerodium without undue delay, when the legal requirements are met.

        • you have objected to processing your data which was based on the legal basis of legitimate interests due to personal reasons, and we cannot prove that there are overriding legitimate grounds for such processing;
