PERFORMANCE

Setting the standard others are measured against.

Pro flyers praise the performance of our tunnels — and the numbers back it up. During the 5th World Cup on Indoor Skydiving in Macau in 2024, 27 out of 30 surveyed professional athletes said the AERODIUM R4 Pro is the best vertical wind tunnel they have ever flown in. It comes down to three things: airflow quality, active cooling, and low-noise technology — systems we’ve spent years refining. The result is a tunnel environment most competitors simply can’t match: consistent lift, stable temperatures, and a chamber where flyers can hear their instructor clearly, session after session.

SUPERIOR AIRFLOW

raining quality depends heavily on airflow quality. Turbulence and uneven wind speed cause unpredictable lift, making control challenging — and at worst, dangerous — for flyers of all levels.
Our tunnels deliver a consistent, uniform airflow profile that removes this uncertainty. Flyers train in stable, precise conditions that let them focus entirely on optimising their performance. It’s also why we maintain a safety record of zero accidents — even airflow doesn’t just improve training, it fundamentally reduces risk.

ACTIVE COOLING

Heat is a performance killer. Without effective cooling, tunnel temperatures can climb above 40°C during operation — making extended training sessions uncomfortable or even impossible. Some tunnels rely on passive cooling by opening hatches in the recirculating loop to exchange heat with outside air. But the moment those hatches open, airflow consistency is compromised — and in hot conditions, the cooling effect may not be sufficient.
Our active cooling system eliminates this problem entirely. It maintains a stable flight environment at a consistent 22°C regardless of external conditions, allowing flyers to train longer, more comfortably, and at their best.

LOW NOISE FANS

Noise inside the flight chamber is exhausting — and in most tunnels, it’s an accepted compromise. Not in ours. Drawing on our open-air wind tunnel expertise, we have engineered noise reduction directly at the source, combining noise reduction ducts, patented quiet fans, 34 mm thick glass, and an active cooling system that suppresses sound before it ever reaches the chamber.
The result: our tunnels hum at just 65 dB — quieter than a shopping mall murmur — making them the quietest on the market. Flyers stay focused longer, communicate easily with their instructor, and train without the fatigue that relentless noise creates.
